Kosovo TGs met with the Minister Rozeta Hajdari

The tourist guides of Kosovo meet with the Minister of Industry, Enterprise and Trade, Mrs. Rozeta Hajdari.


The meeting was held in the framework of the workshop carried out by the Department of Tourism, within the Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade, with the aim of informing the relevant actors and operators with the Administrative Instructions that regulate for the first time in the Republic of Kosovo, activity of tourist guides and tourist services of active and adventurous tourism. At the meeting there was a large number of cultural tourist guides, including mountain guides. GUIDEKS was also part of the organization of this workshop.

Minister Rozeta Hajdari called for tourist guides to apply to the Department of Tourism to be registered in the Tourism Registry and be provided with a tourist guide ID card, so that our culture, history and attractions are presented by local professionals, and not as it happened earlier, so that the guides from the countries of the region would present the cultural heritage and our country in a different way to foreign tourists.
Minister Hajdari offered unconditional support and close cooperation so that the promotion of tourism in our country is as good and professional as possible, so that Kosovo becomes a competitive tourist destination.
The discussion with the representatives of the guides and all the participants was open and extremely fruitful, considering and considering every idea and opinion presented in this workshop
