Graduated TGs in FEG Sharing Best Practices training

Kosovo tourist guides were trained and certified on various guiding skills and techniques and the “Art of Guiding” by European Federation of Tourist Guides Associations (FEG).
The 7-day “Sharing Best Practice” intensive course was held from 13-19 March 2024 in Prishtina. The course was designed to meet the demand from professional associations and tourist guides themselves to update their skills by following the guidelines of the European Standard EN 15565:2008. This course has provided the participants the range of skills, understanding and competencies necessary and facilitates best practice in theoretical and practical level (walking, site and coach tour).
This training will be followed by a Trainer Training in April 2024, as one of the additional opportunities offered to Kosovo tourist guides.
The PPSE project has supported the training of Kosovo guides by #FEG for the guides association, GUIDEKS, with the aim of enhancing the skills of this sector of tourism in Kosovo.
PPSE is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and is implemented by Swisscontact and the Riinvest Institute.
