On November 4th, the PPSE Program Swisscontact organized the event “The effect of the pandemic in the tourism sector; what have we learned” with the tourism stakeholders and partners in Kosovo, where representatives of GUIDEKS were present too. From the supply side survey results presented by PPSE to case studies of sustainability, the importance of data gathering, safe travels, and the diaspora promotion– the event served as an opportunity for tourism actors to meet and discuss what matters, and the way forward. The event was supported by the Swiss Development & Cooperation Swisscontact.
