Arsim Canolli is a professor of anthropology at the University of Pristina. He has led a number of research projects on the collective memory of Kosovo and is the author of various books and articles. Now he is writing a book on the cultural heritage of Kosovo. His passion is bread and folklore festivals in the villages of Kosovo. He organizes study visits with anthropology students all over Kosovo, but also in other countries of South-Eastern Europe.
